Richard Westall Rogers Jr. (born June 16, 1950), known as The Last Call Killer, is an American suspected serial killer. After being acquitted for the murder of a college student in Maine, he moved to New Jersey, where he murdered and dismembered two gay and bisexual men in 1992 and 1993.
