William Barnard Justice (February 9, 1914 – February 10, 2011) was an American animator and engineer for the Walt Disney Company. [1] [2] [3] He was a graduate of the Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis.
Highlights of his 42-year long career with Walt Disney as director/animator include bringing to life the characters of Thumper ('Bambi') and Chip'n'Dale, as well as animating the title sequence ('Mickey Mouse Club March') from the 1950's TV series The Mickey Mouse Club (1955) .

Bill Justice, who passed away last week at the age of 97, had a lengthy and personal experience with Walt Disney’s team building, as well as his flexibility in identifying the talents of his team. “He had a great facility to know what you’d like to do,” Bill said.
