The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall (Chinese: 中正紀念堂; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Kok-li̍p Tiong-chèng-kí-liām-tn̂g) is a national monument and tourist attraction erected in memory of Chiang Kai-shek, former President of the Republic of China.
The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is 70 meters in height, and features white walls and blue tiles. Located in the center of the Memorial Park, it looks majestic regardless of the angle from which it is viewed. For foreign visitors to Taiwan, regardless of itinerary, a visit to the Memorial Hall is a must.
