The Singer from Mexico (French: Le Chanteur de Mexico) is a French-Spanish musical film directed by Richard Pottier starring Luis Mariano and Bourvil, released in 1957. It was a screen version of Francis Lopez's operetta that premiered at the Théâtre du Châtelet on 15 December 1951.

One day, a booking agent notices him and gives him an opportunity to become a a huge star in Paris. Vincent, along with his friend Bilou (Bourvil) and the love-struck Cri-Cri (Annie Cordy), decides to try his luck as a light opera singer and has many adventures both in France and in Mexico.
