A young, neglected white girl in the rural South finds solace and nurturing from an unlikely couple. After her birth to the unwed Marie, Jo Ann Foley is taken by her grandfather Hank and abandoned at the roadside.
Sep 9, 2016 · Secret Path is a musical tribute to Chanie Wenjack, a boy who died in 1966 while trying to escape from a residential school. The album features songs by Gord Downie and his bandmates, and the graphic novel by Jeff Lemire illustrates Chanie's story.
