Asterix in Britain (Astérix chez les Bretons) is a Danish/French animated film released in 1986; the fifth Asterix feature film, and the last from Dargaud Films. It is based on the book of the same name.
One little ancient British village still holds out against the Roman invaders. Asterix and Obelix are invited to help. They must face fog, rain, warm beer and boiled boar with mint sauce, but they soon have Governor Encyclopaedius Britannicus's Romans declining and falling.
After learning of the British plight, Asterix (Roger Carel) and Obelix (Pierre Tornade), two brave souls from similarly besieged Gaul, set out to aid their northern neighbors.
