This looks like the most 1993 thing imaginable, a balls-to-the-wall nocturne depicting a jazz musician and a sensuous late-night radio personality colliding in a bluish nightshade-smeared city rife with lambent mood lighting, steam rising from sidewalks, recurrent appearances of a full moon and an overabundance of flaming barrels on street corners.
