Synopsis. Admiral Foley (Wilfrid Hyde-White) and his Flag Lieutenant (Tom Gill) arrive at the admiralty in London to deal with a complaint against Lieutenant Humphrey Fairweather (David Tomlinson) who has unsuccessfully been testing rockets of his own invention.
