Plot. Tora-san helps runaway neighbor Akemi (Miho Jun) leave Shibamata to work as a bar hostess in Shimoda. Together they meet eleven elementary students and Tora-san falls in love with their beautiful teacher (Kurihara Komaki).
A comedy film about Tora-san's adventures on Shikinejima island, where he tries to reunite a runaway wife and falls in love with a teacher. The film is a homage to the classic Japanese drama Twenty-Four Eyes by Keisuke Kinoshita.
