Oct 11, 2019 · “ In Vitro ” is screening at the BFI London Film Festival 2019. In the aftermath of a massive eco-disaster, two scientists meet under the city of Bethlehem in the underground nuclear reactor turned bunker, turned orchard, where a new beginning for the human species is planned.
An abandoned nuclear reactor under the biblical town of Bethlehem has been converted into an enormous orchard. Using heirloom seeds collected in the final days before the apocalypse, a group of scientists are preparing to replant the soil above.
