The original graduates of Police Academy return to train new recruits and save their alma mater from closure. They face rival Commandant Mauser and his schemes, as well as new challenges and romances.
When police funding is cut, the Governor announces he must close one of the academies. To make it fair, the two police academies must compete against each other to stay in operation.
