"The Gray Man" is based on Mark Greaney's debut novel. It follows Sierra Six (Ryan Gosling) (a CIA black ops mercenary who is forced to go on the run after uncovering incriminating secrets about the agency), who is recruited by CIA agent Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton) for their Sierra program.
