Overview. One of the first films involving giant monsters was the 1933 classic King Kong, as developments in cinema and animation enabled the creation of realistic giant creatures. The film influenced many giant-monster films in its wake, including many produced in Japan.
The sequel to Helluva Good Luck, director Zdeněk Troška very successful fairy tale, carries on where the original left off. This time around, however, Czech singing superstar Karel Gott plays the wildly incompatible duel role of God and Lucifer.

Helluva Good Luck (Czech: Z pekla štěstí) is a 1999 Czech fantasy film directed by Zdeněk Troška. It is inspired by Jan Drda's story "Brave Honza". A sequel was released in 2001.
He gained his greatest success, however, with fairy tales: Princess Claire and the Flying Cobbler (1987), The Princess from the Mill 1 and 2 (1994, 2000) and Helluva Good Luck 1 and 2 (1999, 2001). His films have received many international awards and have been sold to more than thirty countries.
