One moment he's balancing above a drainage whirlpool on a bet from a bully on the football team, and the next he's on the planet Tao, helping a race of kangaroo warriors fight the evil Komodo for control of the Lifesprings.
A young man, Ryan, suffering from a disability, wishes to join the other kids from his schools football team. During an initiation rite, Ryan is swept away through a whirlpool to the land of Tao.
A young boy who stumbles into a strange world and befriends five Kung Fu kangaroos who embodying the virtues of benevolence, righteousness, integrity, wisdom, and loyalty. He helps the "Rooz" battle the evil Komodo and finds his own warrior virtues.
