Apr 13, 2023 · How to update to the new version. Download and extract the new version somewhere ( see "How to install the new version" ). If your old YUMI folder contains files " YUMI_Config.txt " and/or " YUMI_Themes.txt ", move them inside the new YUMI folder (the one that you just extracted).
YUMI UEFI is a multiboot USB maker tool that utilizes GRUB2 for both BIOS and UEFI booting. It is important to note that the UEFI version is not backwards compatible with YUMI legacy. In addition, your drive must be Fat32 formatted to support booting in UEFI mode.
