Gregory David Kriesel (born January 20, 1965) known by his stagename Greg K., is an American former musician and the founding bassist of the rock band the Offspring. He is also the co-founder (along with bandmate Dexter Holland) of the record label Nitro Records.
Greg’s initial lawsuit alleges D&N conspired to kick him out of the band without fair compensation, and makes some individual points about what types of compensation Greg is owed. It specifically mentions that D&N are “denying the rights of [Greg] as an equal partner”.
