Bynoe is a locality in the Northern Territory of Australia located about 46 kilometres (29 mi) south-west of the territorial capital of Darwin. Bynoe consists of land in the cadastral unit of the Hundred of Milne with exception of the part of the hundred located south of the Finniss River.
Bynoe Harbour is a shallow, pristine and fishing-friendly estuary south-west of Darwin Harbour. It has several islands, drying reefs, mangroves and a rich marine life, but also some no-go zones due to the Kenbi land claim.
