Sundaresh Menon (born 26 February 1962) is a Singaporean lawyer and judge who has been serving as Chief Justice of Singapore since 2012. Prior to his appointment as Chief Justice, Menon was a Judicial Commissioner between 2006 and 2007, Attorney-General between 2010 and 2012, and a Justice of the Court of Appeal.
Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon was appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court on 6 November 2012. Chief Justice Menon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 1986 and a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School in 1991.

It is the highest office in the judicial system of Singapore, appointed by the president, on the advice of the prime minister. The incumbent chief justice is Sundaresh Menon, who took office on 6 November 2012. He was the first chief justice to be born in Singapore.
Mr Sundaresh Menon is currently Managing Partner of Rajah & Tann LLP. Mr Menon graduated with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore in 1986 and later took a Masters degree from Harvard Law School in 1991.
