Stephanus Abraham "Stef" Blok (born 10 December 1964) is a Dutch politician who served as Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy in the Third Rutte cabinet from 25 May 2021 till 10 January 2022. He is a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD).

To this end, Stef Blok was appointed temporary National Coordinator for Sanctions Compliance and Enforcement. The National Coordinator's remit centred on compliance with and enforcement of the extensive and ever expanding package of sanctions adopted in response to Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
