Ana Cumpănaș or Anna Sage, nicknamed Woman in Red (1889 – April 25, 1947), was a Romanian prostitute and brothel owner in the American cities of Chicago and Gary, Indiana. She is best known for having assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation in tracking down gangster John Dillinger.

After evading police in four states for almost a year, Dillinger was wounded in a gunfight and went to his father's home to recover. He returned to Chicago in July 1934 and sought refuge in a brothel owned by Ana Cumpănaș, who later informed authorities of his whereabouts.
During this time, Dillinger’s girlfriend Polly Hamilton was living in the apartment of a woman going by the name Ana Sage. Sage’s real name was Ana Cumpănaș.
