Thomas Georg John Tugendhat MBE VR (born 27 June 1973) is a British-French Conservative politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tonbridge and Malling, later Tonbridge, since 2015. He served as Minister of State for Security from 2022 to 2024.
Tom Tugendhat is the Minister of State for Security and the MP for Tonbridge and Malling. He has a background in the military, journalism and foreign affairs, and leads the Defending Democracy Taskforce.
This is a place for me to share with you the work that I've been doing, both in our community and in Parliament. Tonbridge, Edenbridge, and the North Downs Villages are a beautiful part of Kent, rich in history and natural beauty, and I am incredibly proud to represent the people who live here.
