ISE Design Suite supports Spartan, Virtex, CoolRunner, Zynq and other AMD devices for FPGA and SoC design. It offers three editions with different features, device support and options, such as high-level synthesis, partial reconfiguration and ChipScope Pro.

The line between software and hardware engineering is blurrier than it might seem.
