The expanded Singapore refinery of €1.6 billion investment secured its status as the world’s biggest renewable diesel refinery, as well as the world’s largest producer of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), in terms of capacity.
Neste in Singapore and Asia Pacific. Singapore is the hub of Neste’s renewable production and commercial activities in Asia Pacific region. Since 2020, Neste has been introducing its renewable and circular solutions to the Asia Pacific region via partnerships.
Neste’s Singapore presence started in 2007 with the announcement to build the world’s largest renewable diesel refinery in the country. The refinery, which occupies 19 hectares of land, was set up in Tuas in 2010 with 120 employees.
