OPG Online is an online platform for making transactions with the Office of the Public Guardian, which include making and certifying a LPA and submitting a Deputy Report.
All hardcopy and softcopy LPAs registered prior to OPGO launch on 14 Nov 2022 will be made available in the OPGO portal for Donors and Donees to view and send. All existing Donors and Donees will receive a letter from OPG to verify the details of the registered LPA on OPGO.
You can access OPGO at this following link: [ https://opg-eservice.msf.gov.sg]. If one requires guided assistance using OPGO, Donors and Deputies should seek help from their family first. Donors, Donees and Deputies may also approach ServiceSG centres that can help those who need support for OPGO. The list of touchpoints can be found [ here ].
Your Donee or Donees will be notified via SMS, and must accept or reject their appointment by logging in to the Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) with their Singpass. Visit a certificate issuer. Once all your Donees have accepted their appointment, you'll need to certify your LPA. This can be done by visiting a certificate issuer.
