SPC is a statutory board under Ministry of Health that regulates pharmacy practice and professionals in Singapore. It maintains the Register of Pharmacists, governs their conduct and ethics, and administers the CPE framework.

The Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC), a statutory board under the Ministry of Health, maintains the list of persons legally qualified to practise pharmacy in Singapore. The Council also governs and regulates the professional conduct and ethics of registered pharmacists.
