Jun 6, 2014 · The Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), together with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), led a delegation of nearly 30 Singapore built environment representatives on an insightful business mission to Sydney, Australia from 16-19 October 2023.
With SGBC certification, businesses can gain wider access to global markets where environmental standards are becoming more stringent. Businesses can also tap on SGBC's regional and international network to take their products and services beyond Singapore.
SGBC was officially launched on 28 October 2009 as the only non-profit organisation with a concerted private-public sector partnership to achieve a world-class and sustainable built-environment in Singapore.
SGBC is always working to improve our SGBP’s quality and usability. The SGBP Certification Scheme is similar to internationally leading eco-labels, such as Cradle2Cradle, DECLARE, Global Green Tag, Good Environmental Choice Australia, Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute.
