Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) is Singapore’s leading provider of alternative dispute resolution services. These include its core services of mediation, adjudication, neutral evaluation, and resolving disputes involving families, infrastructure projects and Internet domain names.
SMC provides training in mediation, negotiation and conflict management in Singapore and around the region. We have over two decades of experience in training professionals, managers and executives as well as lawyers in how to conduct mediation.
We have four classes of mediators – Senior, Principal, Associate and International Mediators – accredited based on their experience*. All our mediators are skilled professionals who have been trained and accredited to facilitate the resolution of conflicts between disputing parties.
