You can apply for a new passport via the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES). Alternatively, you may submit your application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission.

To renew Singapore Passport, you may either do so online (APPLES system) via http://www.ica.gov.sg/, (passport would be ready in 3-4 weeks, please indicate that the collection point is in HCMC) or apply directly (in person) at our office (passport would be ready in 4-6 weeks, and payment is done at point of application).

Only a Singapore Citizen may apply for a Singapore Passport. Make an appointment to collect your passport within one month of your approval. You may refer to the pink notification card/email which will be sent to you for more information such as documents to bring for your collection of passport. You may collect your passport at: Post Office (if applicable); or. ICA Building.
