Connect to Xbox-enabled devices. You’ll need an account to play games and access other experiences on your Xbox console, Windows PC, and Xbox mobile apps. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one for free.
From the sign in page on either X.com, mobile.X.com, or the X for iOS or Android app, click Forgot password? Enter your email address, phone number, or X username. If you have multiple accounts associated with your phone number, you cannot use your phone number during this step.
Use your account email address and password to log in here. If your password is not working, request a new password by entering your email address in our reset form. If our system cannot find your email address, you may be entering the wrong one.
Go to x.com. Click Sign in under the question Already have an account? When you see the Sign in to X prompt, choose Sign in with Google. Tap Next. Under Choose an Account, select the Google account with the same email matching your existing X account.
Signing in to the Xbox app: When you open the Xbox app on your device, be sure you sign in to the app using your own Xbox account. This will sync up your personal gaming profile info, including your stats, settings, and achievements. (For more info on how to sign in to the Xbox app, see the section “Signing in to the Xbox app for Windows” below.)
