Oct 18, 2023 · When in town, make this the first place you visit. The forest is serene and the views are spectacular. The trails are easy to hike or bike. We encountered many families with children in strollers and toddlers able to walk on their own, not a major incline. The lookout tower may be challenging for children to climb.
