Dec 16, 2022 · The associated first and second local stamps will cost S$0.31 and S$0.38 starting next year, and subsequently raised to S$0.32 and S$0.39, respectively, from Jan 1, 2024. Customers holding existing first and second local stamps may continue using these stamps after Jan 1, 2023, and Jan 1, 2024, without having to top up the difference in postage.
