About. Access & Membership. Who Can Use The Library? Lien Ying Chow Library is a members-only library. We currently serve: NP Students & Staff. NP Affiliates (NIEC@NP Students & Lecturers, SIT@NP Students & Lecturers) Registered NP Library External Members.
