1. Open the Great Eastern app. Tap Singpass. 2. You will be directed to Singpass and be presented with a QR code. Tap the QR code to begin the authentication process. 3. Tap Approve to log into the Great Eastern app. 4. If required, use Face ID or another biometric to authenticate your identity.

Tap Policy contracts at the top of the screen to view your policy contracts. 5. Tap the policy you wish to view. 6. View your document. Download the Great Eastern app today!
