Oct 22, 2021 · ICICI has a good net and mobile banking platform. But their absolutely pathetic customer support and the hundreds of mail that you get everyday is a huge turn off. If you want an Indian bank, I'd suggest HDFC and Axis at a close second. Axis bank. ICICI, axis, hdfc, Kotak. Pretty much any big private sector bank.
