All of our East High students are practicing some skills and techniques in Connections to help them deal with challenges in their lives. These skills come from a new SEL curriculum called Move This World that has been purchased by the district.
East High School is a student-centered and inclusive learning community. We are dedicated to a school culture that ensures each student has the supports and opportunities necessary to find an academic, social, and emotional place to be BEAST (brave, engaged, accountable, safe, thoughtful).
CTE prepares students for the future by developing academic and technical skills for high demand careers. It provides career exploration and work-based learning opportunities and creates pathways leading to future education and training or employment.

There are three versions of spirit symbols: primary, block E, and the text only wordmark. While these three symbols are the most recognizable of the East High School informal branding symbols, there are other secondary marks available that strongly represent the school which are also displayed below.

Counselors are dedicated to helping all students develop skills in the areas of self knowledge, interpersonal relationships, educational and occupational exploration, career planning, post secondary education planning, scholarship and financial aid advisement.
