Oak Cliff is an area of Dallas, Texas, United States that was formerly a separate town in Dallas County; Dallas annexed Oak Cliff on April 4, 1903 (Dallas Ordinance Vol. 12, Pg. 1). It has since retained a distinct neighborhood identity as one of Dallas' older established neighborhoods.
Formerly The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League, Heritage Oak Cliff was formed in 1975. Today, Heritage counts more than 30 member neighborhoods, stretching from Interstate 30 south to Camp Wisdom Road.
