Terminator: Salvation is easily the worst Terminator movie. I'd bet money that Christian Bale has a pallet of Terminator: Salvation Blu-Rays in his garage, and he lets visitors take one if they want. Genisys was fine, it was an interesting idea. However, Emilia Clark was a so-so Sarah Connor and Jai Courtney wasn't a good Reese.

Jul 16, 2020 · Terminator Genisys is the Terminator movie I always wanted to see. It's a fresh new reboot to a franchise long thought dead, paying homage to the first 2 movies in a way I see fit. We obviously don't need a remake, but Genisys is the movie the franchise needed.

Seriously, i've just watched it, it's fun, it has a decent story, I like the way the alternate timeline was handled and I genuinely had fun watching it. I don't understand why it gets treated as if after the credits finish the director wipes shit over the lens, writes 'Fin' with it then rolls the end credits.
I think Salvation is without question the worst because it doesn’t feel like a Terminator movie without Arnie, and it commits the cardinal sin of movies by being boring as hell. Jul 2, 2015 · In Terminator 1&2 it was implied mankind won the war, and that sending the Terminators back in time was a last desperate attempt by Skynet to win the war. When Kyle Reese and the T-800 succeeded at protecting Sarah and Young John, Skynet failed and was destroyed.
May 10, 2020 · Genisys, as a film, suffered for the sort of "whiz-bang" fun it has with itself. Coming off the heels of Salvation, which was dark and grimy, there was a little too much effort made to make the film delightful. To me, Terminator Genisys is the funhouse mirror version of Terminator.
Jun 2, 2024 · The concept of Genisys in the movie is really stupid and it’s impossible to give a shit about. The effects in this movie also often look like shit. The only good things I can say about this movie is Arnold has some funny parts, the CGI of the Terminators look fantastic, and certain battles in the movie are really good.
I recently learned about an interview that Dale Dye from Soldier of Fortune Magazine did in 1984 prior to the release of The Terminator in theatres that October. u/thejackal3245 clued me in on it, so, naturally, I picked up a copy of that issue and scanned the relevant pages in for all to see.
