Jun 24, 2012 · Called Total Recall 20 Years After, but slyly subtitled Get Ready For The Bonus Feature Of Your Life, this terrific addition lasts for an ear-bashing 34 minutes. Populated with clips and stills and artwork, this is an absolute blast with the Dutchman on fine, flamboyant and massively over-the-top form.

Dec 24, 2012 · It’s a Total Recall-lite which will likely disappoint even those who are too young to remember the original, let alone those who know it and love it well. Flimsy and frivolous, it’s notional popcorn entertainment for two hours, but most likely to make you take a breath, scratch your head, and put on the Arnie movie to wash away the taste.

Dec 20, 2022 · The 4Kult Total Recall Italian 4K release is much better than the Studiocanal one - it’s got the much meatier DTS mix (the new Atmos is very bass-light on the SC/Lionsgate releases) and it doesn’t have the SC release’s huge bit rate drops at certain moments, which are saved by the DV layer but look awful in HDR (below 1mb/sec for instance in the final fade out).
