Apr 16, 2016 · Just doing my tax & noticed several charges for $13.99 to "Amazon Aust Services Melbourne VIC". Thanks to this forum I called Amazon 1800 064 122 & asked about the charges. As above they attributed it to an unused Kindle Subscription. They have sent me an email assuring the reimbursement of these costs.

With free delivery, your order should be delivered in: 3 to 7 business days (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, along with other major cities of, and regional areas of, VIC, NSW and SA); or 7 to 10 business days (for all other areas).

Two workers at the Amazon Australia facility in Moorebank tested positive to COVID on the weekend, forcing over 100 casual workers into isolation.
This may change in future and probably will since Amazon do have it listed – just not right now with the COVID-19 and the restrictions on shipping heavy/bulky items – there was a notice on a few sites that sell heavy items, that there is a delay with AusPost and heavy items, might take a month to get through – Amazon don't allow 1 month in their ETA for delivery, everyone would claim no ...

Both RACQ and AAMI have refused to insure my vehicle if I conduct Amazon Flex activities, despite Amazon Flex have supplementary insurance coverage for deliveries. Amazon Flex themselves haven't been able to provide any Australian insurance company so far which is compatible with their service/policy, even though their terms say to contact them for recommendations for personal auto insurers.
Amazon Flex could swoop in though, we are finally enjoying getting mail on time and with accurate delivery estimates, and having a company that actually has better customer service online than most physical shops in Australia (our customer service really does suck in Australia). When you purchase something from Amazon Australia it comes from a third party on their marketplace, don't expect to ever get a proper GST invoice with ABN details. I'm heading overseas in a few weeks and want to claim TRS like I know many of you do. I bought a Nintendo switch from gamesmen during an eBay promotion.

Ordered a box set of the TV show The Mentalist from Amazon Australia but sent via the USA. "Delayed at Customs" hopefully it still arrives but Amazon customer service say it can't be delivered. I can't see why that can't be delivered. It's not a prohibited item through customs as in it's not a counterfeit copy of the TV show.
