I sent the email, but it looks like no one received anything when I asked them during our Monday meeting. I sent email reminders, I duplicated and resent, and uploaded the document again and added the signers again, but nothing has worked.
When trying to log in to Dropbox Sign, do you see any option to dismiss the "Looks like there is an existing Dropbox account associated with this email.” message and continue directly with Dropbox Sign instead of Dropbox? Feel free to send a screenshot of what you see too (just make sure to hide your email address, if it’s showing).
Mar 19, 2023 · The link just leads to the Dropbox Sign log in page (even though I am already logged in. As the features on Dropbox Sign are so limited (no saving of email contacts etc.), it would be more helpful if the failure notice email gave instructions on how to edit and resend the request, instead of giving a link to a feature that you tell us doesn't even exist!
Add your signature using your mouse or mousepad. To type your signature, click Type, then type your name. To change the signature font, click Change font in the lower left of the signature window. To upload your signature, click Upload. Click Upload Photo to make a selection from your desktop or Dropbox files.
