Jan 29, 2024 · Apparently, FoodPanda no longer processes refunds.If you prepaid your order and they are 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours late.All you can do is just rant to their CS, like talking to a mindless chatbot with no resolution offered.Because you already prepaid, there is nothing you can do, just suck it up to what ever best effort service they can shite.

Aug 20, 2021 · Also, the FoodPanda app isn't so smart, my order already got free delivery once I reach a certain amount, then the app still deduct my free delivery voucher. Had to reach out to customer service to get back my voucher.
