Admissions To VJC. VJC offers a two-year programme leading to the GCE A-Level examinations. The programme is open to students who have just completed their GCE O-Level examinations or Secondary 4 equivalent. Our students come from more than 50 secondary schools all over the island.
VJC offers a total of 67 standard subject combinations in the Arts and Science courses. All combinations include General Paper, Project Work and Mother Tongue at Higher 1 (H1) level. Students should have the requisite knowledge to offer Science and Mathematics subjects at A-Level and be able to cope with the demands of the A-level curriculum.

In the 1970s, a group of prominent alumni from Victoria School proposed to the Ministry of Education to establish a junior college named after Victoria. Their vision became a reality when Victoria Junior College (VJC) was established in 1984 with its pioneering cohort of staff and students.
