As an accused person, you will need a Singpass to log in. You can access ICMS regardless of whether you are represented by a lawyer.
You can pay for applications in ICMS via one of the following ways: 1. Online: Choose the e-Paymentoption. You can pay with a credit or debit card. 2. Offline: Choose the Payment kiosk at State Courts option and visit the State Courts during the operating hours.

May 21, 2024 · The Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) will be migrated to https://icms.judiciary.gov.sg with effect from Monday, 27 May 2024. As part of the migration exercise, the system will not be available from Friday, 24 May 8.00pm to Sunday, 26 May 11.59pm .
