Surabaya - Wikipedia. Coordinates: 07°14′45″S 112°44′16″E. Surabaya ( English: / ˌsʊrəˈbaɪə / SOOR-uh-BY-uh; Indonesian: [suraˈbaja] ⓘ; Javanese: [surɔˈpʰɔjɔ]) is the capital city of the Indonesian province of East Java and the second-largest city in Indonesia, after Jakarta.
