  2. User-centered design is an iterative process that focuses on an understanding of the users and their context in all stages of design and development. UCD Considers the Whole User Experience. In UCD, you base your projects upon an explicit understanding of the users, tasks and environments.

    • Identify the users’ needs and context around them. The first step is the start of your user research: when you find out everything you need to know about your user in order to craft a product that satisfies their needs.
    • Specify requirements for both business and user. Now that you know your users and their needs, it’s time to understand your metrics of success. This means having a clear idea of two things
