- This Act is the Companies Act 1967.
- This Act is divided into Parts and Divisions as follows
- (1) The written laws mentioned in the First Schedule to the extent to which they are therein expressed to be repealed or amended are repealed or amended accordingly.
- (1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears — “accounting corporation” means a company approved or deemed to be approved as an accounting corporation under the Accountants Act 2004;
