The show also has a manga version and also a different light novel series. The anime is mostly based on the light novel but the ending of all three is very different.
No. 6 is a dystopian anime about a privileged boy who joins a convict in a conspiracy to expose a deadly insect. The anime has a high production value, but also a controversial romance between the main characters that divides the fans.
