Yep, It was definitely not a accident. Charlotte tried to make Becky look stupid by having Becky reach for the title and then instead of letting Becky grab it easily, she just drops it when she saw Becky wasn't giving up. She intentionally made it harder for Becky to grab the belt. Charlotte let go on purpose which isn't an accident.
Tbf, the women's roster (you know who) on Smackdown had their chances to capitalize on the women's championship when Charlotte was gone.
