Jan 19, 2022 · Glovo HQ doesn't really give a shit about us workers so why would they spend the money to code for tipping xD. Here in Portugal it's max 2.5 Euros and it must be done before the trip. I get almost no tips through the app. They should allow tipping after order.

And then pushed their fucking "rate our customer service rep please" to which my rating was obvi a big zero. The rep handled things this way after I told her that I am hungry and meanwhile all restaurants closed so I will starve until tomorrow.
Apr 22, 2023 · Glovo takes 28% commission from most restaurants per order, so they raise prices. Only McDo or Burger King/KFC etc have contracts with Glovo for only 6% commission. Most are at 28% with few at 15%. Always go through the restaurant itself or call your livreur it will be cheaper. Glovo is made to scam the rich and lazy in Morocco.
