In addition, EU OPS 1 (EC) 859/2008, OPS 1.235 particularly recognizes ICAO defined NAP. I don't know what's going on with US, as they have their own " TERPS" document.

Aug 23, 2020 · If you're not in one, you won't get any rain - eventhough widespread drizzle and cloud moisture is a thing, I haven't been able to get that effect in those conditions.
